Major Improvements

I'm 5 months away to ORD, with nothing else to prove. I may as well finish up this project for the lolz before I move on with life.

In short I made it more like packing rations. Features include

1.  Calulcating number of ration bags and rations
2. Scanning Pasting Ration Sticks
3. Packing Rations
4. Scanning on the POS Terminal

The assets are still kind of shit but oh well I'm an NSF not a trained professional. I'm not doing outrationing as much nowadays (busier with planning and coordination) but I still think its quite fun as a game (potentially) so do give it a try.
